CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
1. SECURITY ADVICE
At Romeo Whiskey Concepts, the security of your transactions and personal information is our priority. Be extra vigilant when giving out any of your personal information to anyone.
2. YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
We will never ask for your account password or your bank account details by email, phone or on any of our social media pages. Nor will we ask for your credit/debit card four-digit security PIN under any circumstances. (online store)
If you are contacted or receive an unsolicited email which asks you for your password or personal banking information, disregard the request and report the communication to email@example.com for investigation. If you are in doubt, always double check with us directly.
We do not store any customers’ payment details or personal details.
Please note that you must be 18 years or over and hold a valid defence to purchase 'Real Imitation Firearms' from our store.
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our online catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order. Please be aware that we will also need your UKARA or BAC registration in the additional details box, without this we cannot complete your order.
We accept credit card payment through Paypal Merchant Services which is processed through their highly secure external payment gateway. If you are shopping from another country in the eu, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Through Paypal we accept Visa Credit / Debit, MasterCard Credit / Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.
6. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country.
Romeo Whiskey Concepts will not accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or Airport Authorities in the UK or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment for the goods only (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of said goods. We will issue the refund only WHEN the goods are received and checked by ourselves.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs and you will be notified by telephone or email if we need to do so. All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged then you must either refuse to accept the delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. ONLY sign for the goods if you are satisfied.
In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "unchecked". If a customer fails to follow these instructions and a package is signed for as received in good condition, we may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation.
Please also order your goods in plenty time before you need them. This is so that just in case there is an unfortunate circumstance where there is a delay in the delivery time, your frustration and impatience won’t end up directed towards us.
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible. For items that are in stock, this will normally be within 48 hours of us receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, we will email or phone you and tell you when we expect your order to be with you this may take up to 7 working days for us to receive a restock, if longer we will refund the purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: 'Next Day' delivery is the next working day after we send your order. Delivery time can be anywhere between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Weekend courier deliveries are charged at a premium rate (Saturday only) and must be requested directly.
If you order on a Friday and select 24hr delivery, you will receive your item on Monday (next working day). Saturday delivery is a separate delivery charge. Please call us if you do require a Saturday delivery.
8. WARRANTY & RETURNS
Product warranty periods are as follows:
3 Months Manufacturers warranty: AEG, Sniper Rifles
3 Months: Gas powered rifles, GBB / NBB Pistols and Gas Grenades.
3 Months: on all spring cocking products (shotguns, snipers etc).
2 Months: Preowned RIF's
No Warranty - Preowned items (excluding RIF's)
3 Months: Rechargeable batteries, chargers, All engineering work.
Manufactures warranty is void once gearbox has been opened for upgrades.
Use recommended battery, if you use anything other than the recommended product this will be at your own risk and be classed as misuse which will void any existing warranty.
Value Pack batteries and chargers (UK & European) are not covered by any warranty as they are deemed as complementary and hold no value.
BB Warranty Information:
It is very important that you only use high grade BBs in your Airsoft Gun. Unfortunately there are many brands of BB out there that may claim to be high grade, but when used will cause damage to your Hop Unit and Gearbox.
If you mix brands or use any other type of BB other than the following brands in your airsoft gun you will be doing so at your own risk and this will also void your warranty.

9. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Romeo Whiskey Concepts inspect’s all equipment before it is offered for sale, we recommend that you inspect your new Airsoft purchase upon arriving home; in the highly unlikely event of you discovering a manufacturing fault or damage you are required to contact us immediately at ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ to discuss the nature of the problem. A replacement product will be dispatched to you or provided at our discretion, please however note: replacements WILL NOT be dispatched or provided until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed faulty by our engineers.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by self-repair, modification, negligence, carelessness or misuse. Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our engineers will be subject to a re-stocking charge (we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 10% of the invoice value for goods returned).
Please note: Incorrect delivery instructions are not a reason for goods to be returned, re-delivery or stock returns will be charged.
11. WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES
We will do our best to ensure at all times that our website and social media pages are kept up to date and accurate regarding stock and products.
12. STAFF & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our staff members are trained efficiently in both airsoft and customer service skills. Our aim is to always respect our customers, put the your needs first and go above and beyond to help. Our staff are here to support you and help with what you need in any way we can.
In any circumstances that you are unhappy, we ask that you still treat our staff members with a level of respect at all times. Abusive language or threatening behaviour to any staff members will not be tolerated and you will be immediately banned.
In the unfortunate event that you are not happy with the level of customer service or treatment you have received by Romeo Whiskey Concept’s and you would like to make a formal complaint, please email email@example.com with ‘COMPLAINT’ as the subject and a detailed email of the problem. The manager will then investigate your complaint and get back to you with a resolution.
14. DISTANT SELLING REGULATION & UNWANTED ITEMS
Any items returned under DSR must be "AS NEW", UN-OPENED, UN-USED and in the ORIGINAL, UN-DAMAGED packaging, with all items from the original packaging including the complimentary packet of BB's.
Contact us immediately if you are returning under the DSR rule. We will not accept any returns without confirmation. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they return all items to us at their expense.
Modified items (e.g. painted VCRA compliant guns) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Items returned within 7 days are eligible for a full refund (postage costs & return postage costs are not included in the refund).
Items returned within 30 days will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee after they have been thoroughly inspected. Refunds are done within 7 business days of confirmation of returned or cancelled items.
If you have any doubts please contact us immediately. Our engineers are all fully trained and authorised by manufacturers to undertake repair and remedial work. Under no circumstances should customers or non-authorised persons attempt to disassemble any products purchased from Romeo Whiskey Concepts or tamper with any upgrades carried out by Romeo Whiskey Concepts, doing so will immediately invalidate our warranty and could potentially be very dangerous to you and others.
Please observe any advice given at the time of purchase concerning battery types, size and power, as using an incorrect battery in your new AEG will invalidate warranty. If an AEG product proves faulty within the warranty period of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately. We will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour but are subject to the following conditions.
15. CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
The original receipt is required as proof of purchase. No products will be worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase.
Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to the Romeo Whiskey Concepts for repair.
Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
Any routine maintenance required.
Any faults arising from misuse.
Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by the Romeo Whiskey Concepts technicians.
Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by the Romeo Whiskey Concepts technician.
Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's (Staff can provide full details of approved BB makes).
If a GBB / Springer / product is being covered under our warranty then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with anything other than green Gas.
English law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. These warranties/guarantees provided do not affect your consumers’ legal rights
